NOTE: For Quoting purposes, please submit art in any format that is representative of the desired design.

The following formats are only required once work commences.

Different processes require different types of art.  Below is a list of the preferred file formats and art requirements for the various garment decorating processes.  If you are unable to provide art in the proper format, an art fee may be charged.

Direct To Garment – Max Dimension 15” X 19” (Oversize fees applied to art over 12” X 12”)

NOTE:  Never use "anti-aliasing" when designing art for direct to garment printing.

• Preferred Format (.png)  If Precise Color IS NOT Critical

  • Saved at 300dpi, 8 bit color
  • NO interlacing
  • Be sized the actual size of the desired print
  • With transparent background
  • ALL pixels at 100% opacity

  • NEVER use Adobe Fireworks to create or save .png

• Preferred Format (.psd)  If Precise Color IS Critical

  • Saved in CMYK mode, 8 bit color
    • Black pixels should be set at CMYK: 50,50,50,100
  • Saved at 300dpi
  • Be sized the actual size of the desired print
  • With transparent background
  • ALL pixels at 100% opacity
  • Supplied as a single layer (merge all visible layers but DO NOT flatten)
  • Saved in CS4 or earlier version

  • No linked files (all art elements must be embedded within the one art file)

   

• Illustrator File (.ai, .eps)

  • Saved in CMYK mode, 8 bit color
    • Black pixels should be set at CMYK: 50,50,50,100
  • Be sized the actual size of the desired print
  • All text converted to outlines
  • Saved in CS4 or earlier version
  • Document Raster Effects set to 300dpi

  • No linked files (all art elements must be embedded within the one art file)

   

• Additional Formats (These formats may not work in all cases and should be avoided if possible)

  • .pdf, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp
  • 150dpi resolution minimum
  • Additional art fees may apply

Screen Printing

• Preferred Format (.ai, .eps)

• Be sized the actual size of the desired print
• All text converted to outlines
• Saved in CS4 or earlier version

• No linked files (all art elements must be embedded within the one art file)

• Additional Formats In Order of Preference

  • .pdf, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp
  • 300dpi resolution preferred (the higher, the better)
  • Additional art fees may apply

Embroidery

• Preferred Format
  • .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .jpeg, .gif, .tiff, .bmp
  • 300dpi resolution preferred (the higher, the better)
